Did you do your routine the past week? No - spent a lot of time studying for the new job I have, plan on doubling down this week to make it work. What went well today in terms of completing/doing your routine? Nothing particular, rough week for working out. What went poorly? Everything, making excuses and poor diet. What will you do better next week? I created a contract with myself to be calorie deficit and work out 4x a week, even if it is off routine, just get moving.
Did you do your routine the past week? Yes, it was modified though, as I was traveling for work. What went well today in terms of completing/doing your routine? Progress in the L-sit area, now I'm doing single leg support What went poorly? Some trapezius pain is returning. I had an injury about 3 months ago, that I thought was better. Some of the exercises aggravate it. What will you do better next week? Ratchet back strength work to see if I can identify what activity is causing the pain. Also, talk to my PT friend about exercises to help
