Reddit Username: Chocrates Did you do your routine? Yes What went well today in terms of completing/doing your routine? I was able to get 60 seconds on my initial wall handstand and about 2 minutes overall. What went poorly? I was doing supine rows but i was not able to get the full rom because of lack of strength. I also realized that i have not been tracking my progress at all, other than that i did the workout. What will you do better next time? I need to take a step back on my row's so that i am exercising in the full rom. I also need to start recording my total "air time" for the bodyline drills and the handstand/supported l-sits so i can track my improvement.
