Reddit: Hobzmarley Slightly confused as to the two Hobzmarley's on the first blog page, i assure you im the real one. I did my routine, not exactly to the book but a few altering exercises as well as extra cardio pushup sets, (on knees) went well i seemed to just want to continue doing them passed my sets, ended up doing 5x10 instead of 3x10 had to stop early due to previous back strain, (seeing physio taking lightly) I want to be more willing to go about my thing at the gym regardless of others around, as well as better form for my exercises
