How are your initial motivation levels? 4 How big of a priority is sticking to this routine? How much money would you pay now to guarantee you stuck to it? The half marathon routine is a big priority for me, so I would be willing to put good money on that. The body weight routine is not as important, so I wouldn't bet on that. How many times before have you attempted to start a fitness regime and not succeeded? Twice. Why did you want to be a part of this group? I'm curious to see how this will pan out, and I think it's a good way to keep myself motivated. What are your biggest concerns about this group? My only concern is that I don't use my computer too often, since I'm not at home too much, so I'm having some difficulties copying these responses to your blog. Any other thoughts? Ideas for me? I wonder how likely people would be to complete their routine if you use the word "workout" vs the word "routine".
