Fitloop: 1 week, Jitsu: ~20 weeks Which days/times are you doing your routine? Monday/Wednesday/Friday, most evenings, roughly 2100 - 2200 + Jitsu, Monday, Thursday and Saturdays. Name: Kristy Reddit Username: kg51 Age: 29 Female No athletic background whatsoever 57.7kg 158cm Simple beginner routine from the FAQ (https://fitloop.co/routines/bwf-beginner-routine) Have been at it for 2 weeks, can't practice the handstands for 5 minutes, or get anywhere near a minute on the L-sit, but am successful at doing the beginner stuff on everything else Tu/Th/Sa evenings with husband Starting Couch to 5K again next week after healing an ankle injury. I've been biking 1-4 miles a few times a week too.

Will probably change due to getting a new job Starting Weight (optional) Use kg - 106.6 Height (optional) Use cm please - 180.4 What products/books are you using? - I own a pull-up bar that hangs from the top of a doorframe and has a lot of grip positions, but haven't used it yet, still working up to pull-ups. Also have a pull up bar that pushes into the sides of a door frame, and using that for standing rows. Otherwise, just floor exercises on a mat so far. Initial motivation levels: 4 out of 5. Can't afford a personal trainer, so trying to keep myself motivated. How big of a priority is sticking to this routine? Showing that much skin in a before photo makes me cringe. But I also am really looking forward to showing off an after photo that looks a lot better.
