Name (optional) Dan Email [email protected] Email that you prefer to use for Google Docs same as above Reddit Username nudy_aura Location (optional) Japan Age 26 Gender M Athletic Background I have very little athletic background. I played sports recreationally in high school and university, but nothing serious or consistent. I also tried some weightlifting routines but gave up on those. Which routine are you using? fitloop's simple beginner routine https://fitloop.co/routines/bwf-beginner-routine What is your current status on the routine? I just completed my 3rd time doing it. Which days/times are you doing your routine? This is my first week, but I plan on doing it one day on, one day off. So some weeks will be 3 times a week, and others will be 4 times a week. I plan on doing it after work (roughly 5pm) on weekdays, and during the day on weekends. Starting Weight (optional) ~73kg Height (optional) 180cm Starting Picture (optional) What products/books are you using? I have a weight bench I got from a friend for free (I plan to use it later for more difficult planks and deep-step-up), and I also use the exercise area at the park for inclined rows/pushups. How are your initial motivation levels? 5 How big of a priority is sticking to this routine? How much money would you pay now to guarantee you stuck to it? High, but I wouldn't spend money. How many times before have you attempted to start a fitness regime and not succeeded? 2-3 Why did you want to be a part of this group? The idea was first posted on reddit right after my first day of trying the fitloop routine. I thought it would be a good idea to join, publish my results, and see how other people are doing. It may also serve as a good forum for troubleshooting/advice. What are your biggest concerns about this group? Forgetting to publish my results in time. Any other thoughts? Ideas for me?

I swam my senior year and every now and then the following two summers. I played ultimate frisbee my freshman year of college. I started Strong Lifts 5x5 in January and followed it until early April where stress and school kept me from fully doing it. Which routine are you using? I will be following this https://fitloop.co/routines/bwf-beginner-routine until I feel I can handle this https://fitloop.co/routines/bwf-intermediate-be.... What is your current status on the routine? I started two days ago. Which days/times are you doing your routine? MWF after 5pm. I will try to do a lighter routine on Tuesday and Thursday. Starting Weight 72.5 kg Height (optional) 177.8 cm Starting Picture (optional) What products/books are you using? Gold's Gym Pullup Bar, Homemade dip station, and various weights How are your initial motivation levels? 3 How big of a priority is sticking to this routine? How much money would you pay now to guarantee you stuck to it? So far I've spent around $80 only a 30 day groupon pass to Gold's and my homemade dip station How many times before have you attempted to start a fitness regime and not succeeded? 2-3 Why did you want to be a part of this group? This will motivate me to actually do a routine so I have something to report. If I have nothing to report, I'll feel like a little shit. What are your biggest concerns about this group? Not living up to my expectations. Any other thoughts? Ideas for me? Will report back when I think of something
Reddit Username jammonit Age 34 Gender F Athletic Background Ran track and did some lifting in high school. Sat on my butt pretty much since. Jog occasionally and have slowly ran a few marathons. Did the crossfit thing for several months more than a year ago and loved it, just didn't stick with it. Which routine are you using? Beginner routine https://fitloop.co/routines/bwf-beginner-routine I live in a small apartment so I don't wall the wall space for handstands. What is your current status on the routine? Just did my first routine. Saturday June 7, 2014 Which days/times are you doing your routine? I will alternate 1 day on and 1 day off for this. Schedule permitting will do this in the mornings. If I wake up late (which is rare) it will happen in the evening. Starting Weight (optional) 72kg Height (optional) 160cm What products/books are you using? I have a stretchy band given to me by a chiropractor that I use for the shoulder rotations (band dislocates), I can't name the manufacturer. It has no logo. It does look just like the one in the video. How are your initial motivation levels? 5 How big of a priority is sticking to this routine? How much money would you pay now to guarantee you stuck to it? High priority. It's time I took better care of myself but I wouldn't pay in to this. How many times before have you attempted to start a fitness regime and not succeeded? I've lost count. Why did you want to be a part of this group? This came at the right time. Just as I started my first whole30, I decided needed an exercise regimen and this showed up. It's just what I need. Plus maybe I am just curious. What are your biggest concerns about this group? I won't check in in a timely manner or someone will be too critical.
Name (optional) Theo Email [email protected] Email that you prefer to use for Google Docs [email protected] Reddit Username gray-box Location (optional) USA Age 27 Gender M Athletic Background I lifted pretty steady for about a year before getting into IT, went from a really scrawny guy and put on some decent muscle. Which routine are you using? I am using Kavadlo progressions. Pushup: www.youtube.com/watch?v=FxBj8kmj-ZI Pullup: www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdaS-I56PpI Squats: www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdaS-I56PpI Currently on: 5 minute warmup 7-10x4 - Assisted one arm pushups Center - Until fail plank 7-10x4 - One legged bench squat Left - Until fail plank 7-10x4 Negative pullups Right - Until fail Plank 5 minute cool down What is your current status on the routine? Beginning of May I started. Which days/times are you doing your routine? When the moment hits me, at least 3 times a week, morning or not does not matter. Starting Weight (optional) 92kg Height (optional) 175 Starting Picture (optional) What products/books are you using? For me: Iron Gym Pullup Bar (http://www.amazon.com/Iron-Gym-Total-Upper-Work...) How are your initial motivation levels? 5 How many times before have you attempted to start a fitness regime and not succeeded? Twice before, until I found Kavadlo's youtube page and I've been working with that as my reference. Why did you want to be a part of this group? Accountability is huge, but measurable progress of routines mixed with large amounts of data for what works and what doesn't is huge as well. What are your biggest concerns about this group? That people will not take it seriously or fall off the map half way through. Any other thoughts? Ideas for me? I have none.
